Resize or fit image at fixed dimension/ height wide after upload for product

Hi, I’m hardly looking for any way to upload a product image and fit it in a fixed wide and height size. I have tried almost all resize related plugins but not of them were working. I need it to automatically resize image while uploading or fit the image in a fixed product frame size without zooming or cropping.

Have you checked the built-in function of Woo to resize product images under
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images?
