Resize tab to fit Essential Grid

Hi, I’m a paid up member of your tabby link to tab… and now I’m trying to get working an essential grid inside a tab.
Looking through the support forum it looks like my essential grid isn’t showing in the third tab as it’s dynamically sized? I haven’t been able to get any of those suggested solutions to work for me.
Can you tell me how to force a resize… in very simple web designer terms if possible?
