Hi, I would like my thumbnails to be in landscape format rather than square. Is there a setting for this or do I need to use custom code? Many thanks

    Hi @t4tortilla,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I recommend you our Custom Grid gallery type. It allows you to freely resize images within your gallery’s container, controlling their heights, widths and aspect ratio. Please see here more info about our gallery types.

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.

    Hi beatrice

Thank you for your speedy reply. I’m actually using your Custom Grid gallery but I can only see an option for square aspect ratios. Can you please explain to be where it is possible to specify non uniform aspect ratios (ie landscape) in settings? other than by physically dragging and snapping each individual image to a new ratio?

Can you please also tell me how to have simple titles or captions superimposed over thumbnails in the custom grid, either permanently or on hover? At present there is no way I can see of labelling each image? (other than using ‘Hover effects’, none of which quite offer the style and functionality I’m looking for?)

    Many thanks

    Hi @t4tortilla,

At the moment, you can only achieve this by resizing the images that way.

To display the captions in the manner that you like you will need one of our hover effects. These are available only in our pro version. Please see here more info and demos.

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.
