    Hi,
    The help support I have posted yesterday evening has been closed without being responded, other than providing a link to the documentation and forums sections.
    Please be assured that before asking for support I have tried my best efforts to find responses to my questions.
    So I would be greaful if you could provide more concrete help to a user lost.
