I need to resize a bunch of images that were uploaded by a user that are way too large. Litespeed has already optimized them. The said images are already assigned to some WooCommerce products.

I intend to use a bulk resizing plugin or manually upload resized images of the same name (FTP) if this would somehow work. Is there a way to do this and avoid the need to edit each product and give it a new smaller image? Would I need to disable and LS cache and destroy optimized images? Looking for some guidance on how to best tackle this. TKS

I think the most appropriate approach is to destroy the optimize images, do your resizing , then re-optimize images through LSCWP again.
