Resizing of Images to fit with Jarida Theme

  • Hi everyone,
    I am running a website https://www.mobipicker.com
    I am using Jarida Theme.
    Now the problem I am facing is that whenever I add a post, I always required to edit photo in photoshop. Because If I add photos directly, they does not look correct. Sometimes they get cropped or sometimes get much wider.
    Hence, I edit them in Photoshop on grids with width – 450 px and Height – 225 px. The procedure I am following is much time consuming. Can anybody tell me the way to save my time. Is there any plugin or something else which can edit the images as per my requirement automatically.

    Moreover, this theme also not supporting my plugin. Due to that, it sometimes works very laggy. Like when we go to a phone to check full specifications. It gives a hard to digest view. There are few tabs, when we click on them, it mix up the things. When we click on specifications, it start showing gallery. Please help, what changes I need to do. Please have a look
