Resolving unlinked images

Over some period of time I’ve managed to amass a dozen or so unlinked images. The consolidate page wants a Lightroom ID to link to. Can I retrieve it somehow? Or if there’s no way to easily link – I’d love to ditch/delete it and just resync it, but it seems impossible to do this.

I might be missing something and perhaps the problem is compounded because I made some configuration changes to eliminate WordPress’ (idiotic) appending of “scaled” suffixes to oversized files.
