• Hi there,

I lost part of my sqlDB. I have started over from scratch and re-installed linl library.

    I restored these tables:

    Expand/CollapseStructurewp_linkcategorymeta
    Expand/CollapseStructurewp_links
    Expand/CollapseStructurewp_links_extrainfo

When I go in to Link Library it shows no links. Either the user or admin side. Did I get the wrong tables?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Sorry to heard about the issues you had with your site. The three tables you are talking about were related to a version of Link Library that is over a year-old (version 5.9). Since version 6.0, Link Library stores its data as custom post types. This means that current link data would primarily be in the post and postmeta tables. Categories and such are assigned via the terms, term_relationship tables.

So, if you can restore the post and postmeta table, you should find your links with current versions of Link Library. Otherwise, you will need to install a version of Link Library 5.9.x to access the links from the tables you imported.

Let me know if this helps and please consider donating to support this plugin’s development.
