Resource blocked due to MIME type mismatch

    Looks like a great plugin, but on testing I find the following issue in the browser console:
    Firefox:
    The resource from “/wp-content/plugins/disco/assets/build/plugin-public.css?ver=1.2.6” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff)
    Chrome:
    Refused to execute script from ‘/wp-content/plugins/disco/assets/build/plugin-public.js?ver=1.2.6’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
    This is not on a live server, so I’m afraid I am unable to supply a link to verify/reproduce the issue.
    I am running WordPress Version 6.7.1 with Woocommerce Version 9.5.1. There are no other plugins that affect the shopping basket total. I am using my own theme, but I also tested it with the Wordprss Twenty Twenty-Five theme and got the same result.
    Any ideas how to fix this?
