Your plugin is causing a 35% increase in memory usage and it’s adding 3 extra seconds to admin navigation as well as 2 extra seconds to the front end user. There is no plugin conflict and when I deactivate your plugin this all works perfectly. So, I need to know what you’re going to do to fix this. I know you know of this issue for I’ve seen others report it. It’s a huge resource hog and that slows down sites. Not cool. Fix it.

Sorry can’t do it. Explain why your plugin is using that much memory? It’s a simple question.

    Hi,

We are using WSDesk in our live website and we do have another site without WSDesk installed, We are continuously monitoring the memory consumption of both the sites using Digital Ocean Memory consumption graphs. But we couldn’t observe any memory consumption difference while comparing the sites with and without WSDesk installed. So we suspect that the issue might be something specific for your site. That is the reason we asked your admin credentials to debug the issue and provide you with a fix.
In addition to this please give us the details on the tools used for checking the memory usage and the logs. So that we can do more analysis on the issue.
