Resource to help personalize a site.

A friend of mine has just lost his fight with cancer and passed away. We want do to put up quick WordPress site in order for people to send their memories to the family. We have WordPress up and running but would like to personalize it a bit with some Photos. We are looking for a resource, ie person, who can help us quickly! Any volunteers?
