Respond publicly doesnt work

    HI there,

    We use your plugin on several sites. On of the sites we cannot respond publicly to reviews. Could you maybe help out?

    Since this is only happening on one of your websites, it is likely being caused by another plugin (or a conflict with another plugin).

    Please perform the “Basic Troubleshooting Steps” as outlined on the “Site Reviews > Documentation > Support” page and report back the results.

    Thanks. We did this already.
    We deactivated all plugins, but still no public response.

    A public response is added by editing a review, writing a response, then saving the review. Does this not work? Please provide more details.

    If you mean that responses are not showing, this is because you are hiding the response of the reviews in your block or shortcode options.

    Here are the shortcode options you are using:

    [site_reviews count=50 hide=response,title pagination=false schema=true]

    Change it to:

    [site_reviews count=50 hide=title pagination=false schema=true]
