Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme

  • I have been having trouble getting the API from RescueGroups to work. I’ve been going over my settings and noticed that it was (is) still asking me to activate my PetMatchPro license (Basic). I enter the license I received and then the following error message appears:

    Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme

    I am using v5.2.3 and am not using the social share plugin. I figure I should tackle this before asking about the other problem I’m having lol.

    Any suggestions?
