Overall, this plugin is great! I ran into an issue with responsive design. When I shrink the screen to the size of a mobile device, the addthis disappears instead of becoming the mobile layout. It doesn’t reappear if I restore the width. When loading with a small width, the mobile layout appears. Increasing the width has no effect and the mobile layout continues to appear. Is it possible to support responsive design?

    Hi there!

Thanks for contacting AddThis Support ??

We have a setting for our floating share buttons called ‘Responsive Width’ that allows you to adjust the responsiveness of the tool, however, this setting is only available if you linked the plugin with our dashboard.

Can you share with me the URL of your website so I can take a further look?

    Thanks,
    Leland

Thanks for the reply! I setup the account like you suggested and I ended up seeing the same behavior. I tried it in a private browsing session and the responsiveness worked as expected. I’m guessing it was because I was logged into WordPress.

I’m sorry. I thought I replied again to this thread. It worked as I expected once I used the site without being logged in.
