I’ve just contacted the author of the plugin, but I haven’t heard back from him yet (but fair enough, I wrote to him just yesterday, so he hasn’t had much of a chance really).

Would be great if you would share whatever solution you came up with! I’m considering building my own plugin from scratch, but I’d much rather use this one if possible…
