Responsible to content and need to be alerted of any changes in content

    I am responsible for all the content on our site, no matter who posts it, and would like to know if there is a plugin that will alert me whenever there is a new blog post published, page added, etc. Is there such a way to get any kind of alert? Any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
