The Reponsive Tables Extension is not really suitable for this kind of table. You could try a scrolling-only approach from https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/responsive-tables-scroll-only?replies=6#post-5511954

It already horizontally scrolls so is what you suggested the same thing?
