    More precise would be: the responsive clock is a jumbled mess on my website. This can be easily fixed by analysing the CSS for smaller screen sizes.

    What exactly does the above statement mean?

    I would like to try and fix it. The website you show does indeed work properly. On my website the words like minutes, seconds, etc. get cut off and the numbers get all mushed together. I am using a responsive theme (Vantage), but I am displaying the clock on only half of a page using a PageBuilder column, so maybe that is the problem?
