Responsive column width tablet mode

I have an issue with my responsive column width; tablet mode settings.Column width doesn’t change. It remains to minimum and doesn’t change. I am currently on v3.09 , it was working just fine the last time I know, but I don’t know what happened now.
As far I know that this problem was resolved back in 2017, but it still is with me.
I tried switching to older versions, but the problem still remains with the older versions too. Could you help me fix this or tell me if the problem still remains with Elementor; and if that is the case what should I do to resolve this.
