  • The rollback feature is great but I always make a zip archive of the current active release prior to updating because the rollback feature doesn’t always roll back to the most previous version. Cheers!

Hi, you’ll need to give us more information to be able to help you. If you are currently using the latest version, and the responsive columns are still broken, please let us know the URL so we can take a look and also try the following:

    1. Clear all cache (server cache, cache plugins, and your browser or phone cache).
    2. Go to Elementor > Settings and then under the General Tab > Regenerate CSS, click Regenerate Files

Also look at this doc: https://docs.elementor.com/article/235-update-issues

I have the same issue. Entering any change to the column width in tablet view nothing happens. So the width is determined by the mobile view width setting.

Your suggestion: 2. Go to Elementor > Settings and then under the General Tab > Regenerate CSS, click Regenerate Files

I don’t see any such option “regenerate CSS”. All I have is:

    Post Types

    Disable Default Colors

    Disable Default Fonts

    Improve Elementor

    Usage Data Tracking

Sorry, that should have been Elementor > Tools, not settings

I kind of fixed my problem – for a while – by ditching Chrome and Safari and use Firefox instead. I was able to change the column width alright in tablet view. But tried to make a 4-column grid into a 2 by 2-column by changing the width of the columns from 25% to 50%.

But it is like Elementer don’t get, that I am trying to force the last two columns into a new row. It only lets me change to a value that, added to the other rows, stays under 100%.

    How can I make a column-grid responsive, if I can’t force the total column-width beyond 100%?

If you have a section with 4 columns, and you set the mobile view to 50% for each column, you will end up with 2 rows of 2 columns each, on mobile. That’s how it works. And of course, those end up being 100%. No, you cannot have them add up to more than 100% but you wouldn’t need to.

I had the same issue. I fixed it just cleaning Chrome cache.
