Responsive Columns with images

Hi I want to add content to a wordpress twenty-twelve page that is in 3 columns with a image at the top of each column followed by text underneath each image. I need the Columns and their content to be responsive. Can anyone point me to a tutorial or plugin that could help me acheive this – Thanks.
