Responsive Conditions don’t work on Site Editor

There is no uag-hide-desktop uag-hide-tab uag-hide-mob when toggle it on site-editor.php. I try to use this classes manually, with same result.

I use Twenty Twenty-Three with my own child theme (blank)

This actual for core Navigation Block, when I wrap it with core Group Block and hide group for desktop it works!
