• Hi, I’ve been trying to make my page responsive and it looks good with the phone and tablet views on Divi. However, when I see it on my actual phone it won’t look the same. I’m aware that it’s because different screens have different width… so how do I make the site responsive for all types of device with Divi?

  • I’ve been quite happy with elementor on our site at Forever Group here. I do find it takes a bit of trial and error. For example, fonts tend to look smaller on my iPhone than I appreciate on the screen. Have you tried Elementor to see if it performs better for your needs? Certainly with elementor you do have the option of selectively hiding elements that don’t appear well on mobile. This can be a good quick-fix if that element isnt really essential or appropriate for mobile viewers.

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
