RESPONSIVE DISPLAY ON SMART PHONE

    When I display https://bcycracing.org on a smart phone, the table is “squished” down to make it unreadable.

    Is there a way for each of the 10 cells of the top table to be displayed on the phone one cell at a time (one over the other)? I read something about “Scroll” but am not sure I understand it.
