Responsive Event Search Form

Hi. How can I make the event search form responsive on mobile. It works when held horizontally, but vertically, it covers the second field box with the ‘near’ placeholder. I would like the second field box to show fully on mobile. The second field box should be stacked under the ‘search’ field box in order for it to show fully. I look forward to any guidance on this issue. Thank you.
