Hello, I have strange problem. I’ve been using Responsive Gallery Free for a long time. Today I noticed that the gallery button disappeared from the menu in WP dashboard. I cannot find it anywhere. The existing galleries from the past are working fine on the website. Only, when I go to Plugins/Resp Gallery Settings, I can see the list of all the galleries I’ve made in the past. I can click on them, see the details, change images etc. But there is no “Add Gallery” button, so I can’t generate new ones.

I can see that I’ve made exactly 30 galleries. Maybe this is the clue. Is there any limit of galleries on a single website?

    Please advise.

    Hi gldfish,

No, there is no limit for the gallery.

So Please contact us at weblizar for your issue.

    Thanks.

Hi Weblizar, thank you, I’ve just sent you the message.
One update though. Seems that in Plugins/Resp Gallery Settings there is Add New Gallery button. So the plugin works fine. But the direct button in the WP dashboard menu still is missing. Would be more comfortable to add galleries from the menu, not from the plugin settings.

    Best regards!

    Hi gldfish

For Add new Gallery to go admin dashboard => Responsive Photo Gallery => add new Gallery => here you can add gallery as per your requirements. Create unlimited galleries.

    Publish the galleries.

    Thanks

Hi weblizar, that’s the point. I cannot go into admin dashboard => Responsive Photo Gallery, because the Responsive Photo Gallery button is missing in the dashboard menu. It dissapeared. For a very long time it was like you wrote. But now it’s not that simple.

    Hello User,

Have you recently updated any other plugin or theme ? If so can I have the name of them ?

Also try deactivating the recently added plugin one at a time.

    Thanks
