Responsive grid / fields / col – with ACF – repeater

Hi there

I am kind newbie with ACF, repeater and with .php in generel.
I was wondering if there is a way to make ACF repeater field grid (column)
on the fron/main page of my wordpress site.

I would like to have a “responsive” column with 3 rows
prefered 6 fields in all, on the mainpage of my wordpress site.

Like:

I would like to use it at text fields, with a title above, and some content
in the fields.

But how can i set that up? Does anyone have at ex. or maybe som guidelines.
Where i can see the php code / template page and css code
