Responsive Grid not working…

I’m trying to get this to work as in your demo: https://demo.lp-tricks.com/recent-posts/responsive-grid-dark/

The way it displays on my theme is just as normal boring grid. On top of that the exerpt text is getting cut off on the bottom in that grid. I even tried the shortcut code you have on the demo page and it still shows just a normal 3 column grid, not at all like your demo. Any ideas to what I can do? I really like that page, but making it work has been a real issue for me. Thanks.
