Responsive Header Image Slider

I can’t get the “Responsive Header Image Slider” to work. I’ve looked at “https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/responsive-header-image-slider/”, but it doesn’t indicate exactly where to add the code for ‘Twenty Fourteen’. I need to know exactly what code to add and exactly where to add it.
Must get this working soon…Many thanks in advance.
