Responsive – Hide on tablet not working

Im using Astra theme with Elementor page builder. My desktop and mobile view work fine. However, as you can see in the linked video below— sections that are hidden in tablet view still show up.

Things I have tried:
1.disabled each of my plugins to check – problem still occurred
2.changed my theme temporarily – problem still occurred
3.deactivated and then reactivated Elementor -problem still occurred
4.cleaned out all my cache, page cache, web cache between and after all these steps- problem still occurred
5.Looked at it in ASTRA customize to see if I could do anything in my theme. Interestingly enough, its still off slightly meaning spacing or sizing of items, However, sections that are meant to be hidden are hidden when I view my page in my theme. A few weeks ago I had it working perfectly. The only changes I have made since are to do with SEO using Yoast SEO and some plugin updates such as Elementor, Yoast, and W3 Total Cache. However, as I mentioned above I have gone through, plugin by plugin and that isnt the problem. If someone could help me, I’d be very grateful. Also please note, this is my first website build and just learning some basic code, so try to use layman’s terms when responding.

I linked in my “contact page” however this issue is occurring on all my pages of my website. Also, I have a tablet that i keep trying to view my page on and it isn’t working. I can view my site on my laptop, and iPhone but not my tablet.
