Responsive issue with Avada theme

  • The thumbnails display perfectly at all sizes but when you try to view a video on a phone or tablet, the video is too big and goes off the screen.

    I’ve tried deleting all custom CSS and I have disabled all plug-ins except for Avada with no luck.

    Hi,

    Are you aware of the plugins mobile option for galleries:

    Stack Thumbnails for Mobile:?Check this option to responsively stack thumbnails on smaller screens, for the grid layout.?

    On screens up to px wide, stack thumbnails to 1 column.

    Perhaps it addresses the need you have for mobile?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    The thumbnails display fine but when you try to play a video, the player itself is not responsive and the video is larger than the screen.

    If your theme is already doing responsive sizing, then please check if you have that feature checked for the plugin. You won’t need it checked if sizing is handled elsewhere.
