Responsive Lightbox not working, loads single image when thumbnail clicked

I’m trying to get my site’s responsive image grid gallery working. The grid works, the image rollover works, When I click the image, it takes me to the actual saved image, not a responsive lightbox. I tried both the jQuery Colorbox and Responsive Lightbox. Neither worked. Is there a way to deactivate the mouse click and just keep the roll-over?\
