Responsive Menu broken with 4.6?

    I updated my site to 4.6 and now the “burger” for the menu on mobile devices seems broken. Tapping on it does not bring the menu entries. Is this a problem of my installation or are others having this problem too?

    Checked it on an iPhone 6 plus with Safari and Chrome.
