It looks like some theme files may have been edited directly – judging by the table in the footer, and the lack of closing tags for the </footer>
, </body>
, and </html>
.
If core files have been edited in Sela, those changes will be overwritten if the theme is updated.
An “update-proof” method of customizing the theme would be to use a child theme to override template files.
It’s possible that the menu might not be working because wp_footer
has been removed from the theme, which prevents javascript that is required for the menu from being loaded.
I can’t see the /sela/js/navigation.js
file being loaded on the site, or the sela.js
file.
You could delete the theme and install a fresh copy to fix these issues, but you will lose some of the other edits/changes that have possibly been made to core theme files.
