Responsive Menu Icon Issues

    Hi – I am having an issue with the responsive menu – both in tablet & mobile views.

    When hovering over the hamburger icon, the background (menu bar) shrinks in width as if margin/padding has disappeared. When moving the cursor off the icon, the background returns its proper height.

    Please advise as to what I might be doing wrong.
