Responsive menu not working on mobile

  • When I applied the Shamrock theme, the responsive menu button started going to a white screen on mobile. I tried disabling all plug ins, but it did not work. Desktop menu is fine.

    Update: I got it to work, but I would still like to know how to hide the responsive mobile menu, because I would like to use a plug-in for it.
