First of all, love this theme!! It’s simplicity, focus on content is superb and the responsive layout is beautiful.

However, when I tested it on my iPad, the menu went wonky. I could open the folder on top but not close it, it closed when I clicked on the pin. (neither does it close on android smartphone or in Safari on iPad)

When I clicked on the menu, the menu content slide opened and closed a few times (flickering), but I could not select anything, because it did not stay open.

I have tested Editor on your demo site in Chrome on the iPad. It works in Safari.

Do you have a fix for this problem?

    Sincerely,
    BarbRoos

  • Hey BarbRoos,

We actually designed the menu to not toggle closed. The thinking there is people using the menu to move around a site won’t need it to close since they’ll be selecting menu items. But, since a toggle has become expected behavior we’re going to add it into the next version.

We’ll have to do some testing to see if we can reproduce the issue you’re seeing with the menu opening and closing in Chrome on the iPad. If we find an issue there we’ll get it fixed.

    Thanks for your feedback.

I have the same issue with the menu opening and closing since 1.0.3. /#tabs-1 is the tab not working as expected. The Image shows but the menu Below it opens and closes on Chrome/Safari and Mobile. /#tab-2 and /#tab-3 are fine however.

    Thanks.

This is fixed in Editor 1.0.5 that was just released. You should see an update in your WordPress dashboard soon.
