    I have the PRO version of V3 with license until next year. I had email to say a new V4 was out but it presumes that I am a free user and does not offer me an update to V4, my web site also does not offer an update to V4, though I have a valid license.

    Why is this??

    How do I get and update to V4?

    Also your formum link doe snot work properly. It says that the forum has closed and moved to a new link and when I click on that new link I get a page not found error. When I check the link it is gobbldy gook.

    Please can you advise a.s.a.p. as I have an outstanding support issue and your support team are just presuming I have V4, judging by the screen shots they are sending me.

    Urgently required please.
