• Hello everyone.
I’m new here and this is my first post.
I’ve been playing around with WP on my local server for a while and I now feel it’s time to go live but I can’t decide.
I’d like my website to be responsive/liquid/mobile friendly but some of the themes I like don’t have that feature. So my question is: do I have to pick a responsive theme OR I can go with anyone as long as there are plugins to make it responsive at a later stage?
    I hope I’m clear enough.
    Thanks in advance.
    Eugene

  • I think that selecting a responsive theme is a good idea. I played around with Emil’s Responsive theme -https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/responsive
and loved it. Emil is a great developer and maintains the theme very well. He also has a dedicated support forum, so it’s a great choice.

If you would rather use a plugin, have a look at wp-touch. https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wptouch/
    It’s very easy to use.

The choice is a very personal one I’m afraid. There’s no right or wrong reason.
    Good luck.

Thank you very much Christine I really appreciate the love!

    Christine,

Thanks for taking the time to answer.
I know Emil’s Responsive Theme from a past project and I’ll keep that in mind.
    Regards,

    Eugene
