    Hello,

I have the option of lazyload with responsive placeholder, this works without problem. But when I enable the litespeed cache, it stops showing the placeholder in the images. Any reason for this to happen?

I have disabled CloudFlare and the error is still there when I enable the cache in litespeed.

This is the report number: FWNYJTJY

    Stay tuned to your comments.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    1. are you having any other plugin that might do lazyload ?
    2. what happens if you disable guest mode? does it make placeholder works ?

    Hello,

I’ve made some progress, these are the new tests:

    1. Apparently the error occurs when I have the WebinarPress plugin activated. However, when this plugin is active and the cache is disabled, the placeholder is shown on the images. Reviewing the WebinarPress plugin in detail, it does not have any configuration that can modify the images of the site.
    2. When the placeholder is shown on the images, there are images that are not applied to them. Any reason for this?
    3. Disabling guest mode doesn’t change anything.

    Hello,

If I just made the change to the CDN of Quic.

    1. The WebinarPress plugin was responsible for the main bug with lazyload and placeholder. For this reason, I deactivated it and reported the error to the developers.
    2. The lazyload and placeholder are shown in my pages but there are sections or pages where it has no effect. For example:

It doesn’t seem to work on this page:
    https://tuproyectoya.com/tienda/

And in this one it works partially since it loads some background images when it shouldn’t.
    https://tuproyectoya.com/

    Stay tuned.

    Thank you.

did you make these page to no cache ?

if page is not cacheable , then some of the optimization won’t apply to it

The pages have the active cache.

On the Store page, it seems to be something with the JetWooBuilder builder. Since if I deactivate it, the images are shown according to the LiteSpeed ??configuration.

And on the Main page, there are these images (See screenshot) where the LiteSpeed ??settings are not applied.

And images with title Hero-Encabezado- are not reformatted as they should to .webp

not sure what browser you used, but on my Chrome and FireFox, both gives me webp on these images.

    I don’t think I explained very well.

Those images of the capture that you share with me, should not be loaded when opening the page since they are at the end. Lazyload and Placeholder are not being applied for those images.

Now the images that have the name Hero-Encabezado- (see screenshot), first, are not loaded with Lazyload and the Placeholder. And second, they don’t load in .webp format either (these are the ones with that extra problem).

And on the Store page the Placeholder is not shown in the products.

Any suggestions to know what is happening with those images?
