This plugin is advertised as being responsive but I can find no way to use that feature if it does exist. Prior similar requests don’t seem to answer the question. Just need to know if it is or is not, and how to do it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching here.

Our plugin public.js file did not load on your website so Please check your side.

    Thanks,

Pointing a finger to this side was not very helpful but in case your other users have the same problem, is seems that pop-ups often have problems when shortcodes are used in tables. This fixed the problem for me.

I looked into the .js files to see if any were not loading but I didn’t see any. Looking at the files in your plugin directory, it looks like you must be referring to _paoc-public.js, and there’s a minimized file called paoc-public.min.js. I could be wrong but I think both files should have the same name but for the extension? Might be the issue but that is a guess on my part.

    Hi,

I have checked you website page where you have created popup using plugin shortcode,
    https://patchencalifornia.com/home/crowds/season-hours/

This page is calling “paoc-public.min.js” script when you will check its view source code.
    view-source:https://patchencalifornia.com/home/crowds/season-hours/

And the other file with “_” is only created for development purpose not linked anywhere. It’s only unminify version of the original version.

Now, if you have any query related popup anything premium version than you can able to raise query directly from your purchase plugin account.

Please check and let me know if anything.
