responsive problem

I am working on my website : https://2stalbania.al/alltech/. The template I am using is: SEO WPVersione 1.0.7. On my pc everything is ok,I have this result: https://s31.postimg.org/690q7hdmx/desktop.png while on mobile and on tablet I have this terrible result: https://s31.postimg.org/r76w5kdhn/mobile1.png , https://s31.postimg.org/nouw96cln/tablet.png .I checked for <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1″> and it is already in the code.Also on different computers it appears different(especially the logo part)
can you help me please?
