That’s because of the css of the super-socializer plugin.
You could add some css to move those buttons for those cases where the screen size is smaller.
You could check out /wp-content/themes/responsive/core/css/responsive.css for examples how that can be done, or hear with the developers of the plugin – it could very well be they had their own ideas of how this should be done and anything you do should not collide with that.

Ive unchecked the box in discussions and it doesnt work, there is also no option to turn down the comments when i publish a page or when posting anything.
