Responsive resizing works but losses menu below 768 width

Hi

first noticed menus missing on Android phone, however, when testing on chrome same happens – menu disappear below 768 width resolution. Other Themia sies work ie https://hallelujahgirl.com/wp/ but my site does not. Also not working in Win10 Edge.
