• Resolved disconance

Hello, I would like to know if somebody have the same problem as me.

I have made my website with Elementor. On desktop view no problem all is perfect but on tablet and mobile all my creations are not well shown (text format, pictures).

But when I choose on the mobile web browser (firefox, chrome, safari) to show the desktop version everything turns good.

I have built my pages (and posts) in two section: one for the desktop version (hiding tablet and mobile version) and the second section for mobile devices (hiding desktop version).

I have tried without plug in, debug mode and basic Worpress theme (sixteen, seventeen…) and I have the same problem.

Somebody has a solution please? – Sorry for my english –

    Thanks

Sorry, I have forgotten the website: https://www.lafoule.fr/ if you want to see the problem

Did you watch Elemenmtor’s youtube tutorial on mobile? It is very well put together showing how you can control spacing and text sizes for smaller screens. Just search their channel on youtube.

Thanks for your answer Philip, but perhaps I wasn’t clear, sorry: I know how to control my pages on mobile devices I have made it but elementor (since I think the 1.04 or 1.03 version) seems to refuse to display it on mobile browser.

If you choose a product page like gramovox for example with your mobile phone, you will see a page without structure (wrong police, wrong color). Know you choose on preferences of the mobile web browser “show me the desktop version” the page has the good structure including the right fonts and colors.

Did you get this sorted? It looks great here on my iPhone 5s in Safari and Chrome ??

BTW, that Gramovox is too cool! ??

    Cheers!

Hi Lyle! Thanks for your time (and yessss!!! Gramovox is cool ?? )

No, I have’nt found any solution (it drives me crazy!!)

You said that it looks great on your phone (I have 5s, 4s, ipad 2, Android device too and I have the problem) but if you don’t mind could you please tell me which screen was displayed on it (https://www.lafoule.fr/mobile-problem)?

If you say to me that is the screenshot A so there is a problem with elementor.
If you say B there is a problem with my devices or my connection

    Thanks again,

    Regards,

Dang, it’s A and C in Safari and Chrome on the 5S ??

Thank you so much Lyle for your help!!!!!!!

Now with your answer I’m sure that is my configuration, and it was!!! – I have checked again with my plug in, my theme etc and finally I have decided to check on my WordPress configuration.

I noticed that I have changed the address of wordpress url (I put http instead of https) for a problem with my server provider (OVH) in order to back up my wordpress files .

So, I put back https and it works now!!!!!

Sincerely thank you again Lyle, thanks to your help I have motivated myself to look for the problem again!

I hope to be helpful to you one day ?? Don’t hesitate!!!

    Best regards,

    You’re welcome ??
