Responsive Stylesheet is not readable

  • Hello,

    I am getting following error in Responsive WordPress theme.

    ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.
    You are using WordPress 3.5.1.

    The theme directory shows information as below.

    Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    responsive Stylesheet is not readable.
    twentyeleven Stylesheet is not readable.
    twentyten Stylesheet is not readable.
    twentytwelve Stylesheet is not readable.

    I asked Godaddy analyst to find out any permission issue. He has asked me to contact wordpress for solution. How do I install stylesheet for themes?
