    Hi,
I’m developing my 1st website with WordPress and I chose Customizr because this theme is responsive-designed. During the development, the theme has been upgraded in v3.1.5 so I did the update. The problem is that submenus don’t work anymore since this update. You can see this bug @ https://www.corcovado.fr/dev

I removed my theme-child and I disabled all extensions but the problem is still here.

Have you got a solution ?

    Thanks.

I forgot to specify that the problem occurs on mobile devices or low resolution screens. The submenus work properly otherwise.

What isn’t working? I’ve tested in Resizer and on my iPhone4 and it seems OK.

Did you try refreshing your browser?

Yep. Using Chrome on Android device and with Windows XP

I tried the resizer and the problem is the same. Submenus should not be open until users click on them (or when hover).

They work – but not as intended. Once the 3-bar menu switches in, your drop down menu displays all the sub-menus as well as the parent menus – ie no nesting, no carats to click.

I have a similar issue. It seems to be linked to the new Navigation options in 3.1.5. With the main menu set to expand on hover, the 3-bar menu loses its nesting.

Changing the main menu setting to expand on click, the 3-bar menu does deliver a crude nested menu when clicked – but the nesting doesn’t work: the sub-menus don’t appear.

Thanks a lot !!!! I exactly wondered what was the purpose of this option. This is better !

Be careful what you wish for. A bloated, over-large un-nested 3-bar menu is functionally more useful than one which won’t reveal its sub-menus.

Or do your sub-menus appear when clicked?

I prefer when sub-menus appear when clicked. Thanks for your help.

Just fyi, another new setting – Enable/disable smooth scroll on click – is also compromising the functionality of my 3-bar menu.
