Responsive Support and Follow Up on Bug Fix

I sent two tickets to the support team on separate occasions for 2 different bugs. Both questions were handled by Chetna. She did a great job by testing and informing her team to fix the bugs. Both problems were solved following the next 2 plugin updates. Chetna was reliable and responsive. Thank you very much!
