    Hi there, there may be something specific about your theme that’s affecting how the image shows up on mobile/responsive breakpoints. Can you send us a link to where this issue is happening? If you can send us an admin login to [email protected] we can also take a closer look.

    I have the same pblm it’s not working on mobile, it’s working perfectly on desktop but it’s not working on mobile

    Hello amisha2891,

    We’d like to eliminate conflicts with the theme you’re using or other plugins you have installed.

    The best way to do this is to disable all other plugins temporarily and/or switch to another theme to see if the issue goes away.
