Responsive Theme Not Responsive on iPhone

  • Turning to this forum since the devs haven’t responded and their support forum seems dead.

    It’s supposed to be responsive but it’s just showing the shortcodes. Tested on two iPhones.

    Looks fine on an iPad, which isn’t surprising.

    Any ideas?
